After his sophomore year of college, Parker Pell had an internship that wasn’t exactly fruitful.
“I didn’t feel like my time was being utilized well, and I felt like the company was wasting their money on me,” he said. “There wasn’t enough work for me to do in person, and everything I could be doing was remote.”
Internships are supposed to give students real world experience, and this hadn’t happened for Pell and his friends. It did, however, give them an idea.
