Local startup connects college students with businesses via remote internships

After his sophomore year of college, Parker Pell had an internship that wasn’t exactly fruitful.

“I didn’t feel like my time was being utilized well, and I felt like the company was wasting their money on me,” he said. “There wasn’t enough work for me to do in person, and everything I could be doing was remote.”

Internships are supposed to give students real world experience, and this hadn’t happened for Pell and his friends. It did, however, give them an idea.
